Do you have experience as a HVAC engineer and want to take responsibility for entire projects? We are looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and enjoys working in a dynamic team! At Newsec, you will have the opportunity to work on various HVAC projects, where you will be responsible for both technical design and customer relations.

You will belong to a team within project planning called Project & Engineering. You will be part of a team with friendly and versatile colleagues, ensuring you always have support in your daily work. In addition to the team itself, you will work closely with property managers, project management, and energy & environment, giving you a broad scope and many opportunities.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Work on planning assignments within properties of varying nature.
Inventory, investigate, and design HVAC solutions.
Be the project manager for individual projects.
Lead, plan, and manage project finances.
Actively seek to acquire new assignments from existing and new clients.
Prepare quotes for inquiries and proposals as needed.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and driven. You have strong technical skills and are accustomed to working on various HVAC projects. You possess good leadership and collaboration skills and thrive in an environment where you can use your drive and commitment. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to see new opportunities for development. Furthermore, you are communicative and have a genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships and taking responsibility for entire projects from start to finish.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

Relevant technical education from a college, university, or other post-secondary education in installation technology and energy, for example as an HVAC engineer or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in HVAC planning and design.
Experience working with AutoCAD and MagiCAD.
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
Familiarity with project planning.
Knowledge of real estate.

Meritorious:

Driver's license (B).
Training in Safe Water.
Training in AB04, ABT06, and ABK09.
Experience with OVK.
Experience working in Revit.
